    1Is there a minimum contract period?
    No. Use the platform for as long as you need and cancel whenever you want, with no commitments. We have no minimum contract periods or penalties. We'll keep all your data for 6 months. Once that period has passed, if you haven't reactivated your project, it will be deleted. Don't worry, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
    2Can I change my plan?
    Yes, whenever you want. We offer maximum flexibility: you can start with a basic plan and expand it over time. If you grow, we grow with you.
    3Who owns the user data for the platform?
    The data belongs to you and you alone. At Foxize, we have access to the data for security and technical reasons, but we will never use or exploit your users' personal data.
    4Is the platform compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation?
    Yes. The platform has been developed and adapted in accordance with GDPR requirements. Your project will meet the necessary security conditions for your users.
    5Where is my data stored?
    We use Amazon's services for project hosting and Vimeo for hosting the videos. Both are platforms with stable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
    6Are the payments my customers will make secure?
    The payment methods available on the platform meet optimal security standards for the digital environment. PayPal, Stripe, and the POS gateways are all secure systems.
    7Is user data secure?
    Your data is safer in the cloud than on your computer. It's hosted on Amazon and backed up regularly. Plus, everyone on the team with access to your data has signed a confidentiality agreement.
    8Are there alternative payment methods?
    If you do not have a corporate credit card, you can contact support@foxize.com and we will provide you with other payment options.
