1) Advertiser Account Manager GE
Role
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for a portfolio of medium to large global advertisers and the creation, management and optimization of their online campaigns on ExoClick’s proprietary platform. You are in direct contact with the advertisers to ensure they are meeting their ROI objectives and campaign metrics. You will be required to generate statistical and financial reports for your clients and Management. You will report directly to the Advertising Team Leader and Sales Director.
Profile
You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to manage hundreds of campaigns successfully.

Daily tasks include
Creation, monitoring and optimization of advertising campaigns.
Clients follow up by phone and email.
Websites classification and network optimizations.
Negotiation of monthly agreements.
Identify growth opportunities (cross selling, upselling) in order to scale your clients.
Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.
To be willing to prospect and qualify new leads for your own portfolio.
Your goals
Reach the ROI goals of your clients, ensure a continuing relationship.
Meet and exceed the total revenue generated by your global portfolio of clients.
Monitor and analyze the campaign results based on daily/weekly/monthly performance reports and be able to optimize accordingly.
Connecting campaigns to the right traffic sources in order to generate high publishing revenues.

Requirements
2+ year experience in the online advertising industry (Media Buyer, Account Manager,…).
Perfect knowledge of the different ad models. CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
Expert in the management of online advertising campaigns. You must have run several successful advertising campaigns in the past.
Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
Experience or knowledge in mobile advertising campaigns.
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (other languages are a plus).
Great understanding of the Web, from the user and publisher perspectives.
A minimum of technical skills. HTML, JavaScript tags, web analytic tools, etc.
Good with statistical reports and data analysis.
Very advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros, etc.
2) International Brand Manager
Important client in the Technology and Internet sector is looking for a talented International Brand Manager to manage and enhance their brand and reputation in the public’s eye, ensuring brand consistency in the different European countries where the company offers its services.
The ultimate objective is driving profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for the brand across Europe. Your goal will be to ensure consistency in communication and achieving an international brand recognition that will help the company become the European leader in its sector.
Responsibilities
Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
Preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance.
Coordinating the development of communication materials both on and offline.
Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver fast, consistent results within budget.
Remuneration
Gross Annual Salary: 25,000 EUR + 10% bonus (this is not a definitive amount as it will depend on the level of acquired experience).
Requirements
Must have proven track record in brand development and management particularly in online environments
Previous international experience (European)
On- and offline experience, device / telco marketing is a plus

We are a publisher in Barcelona for an International Glossy Luxury Magazine. For our new office we are looking for a Social Media & Sales Professional. You are responsable for the daily social media together with our content manager. You are the keyperson for our sales activities and a good support for the management of our organisation. You are the contact person of your own client group and responsable for selling to them.
